About Rachael – Female Personal Trainer
Hey, I’m Rach
I started my own fitness journey in 2012 after the birth of my twin boys. I’d always played netball and water skied but I wasn’t really a big gym bunny. I simply started going to classes when the babes were 4 months old, then progressed to starting a female personal training program, then I attended an outdoor bootcamp and from there developed a love for those fit, healthy and energetic feels I was getting on the daily!
I was made redundant after 10 years from my Admin/Sales job in the transport industry whilst on maternity leave. It was time to reskill and find a new direction. My passion lay in health and fitness, so what better to study than Certificate III & IV in Fitness? In December 2014 my 3rd baby, Shine Health and Fitness Solutions, was born.
Our philosophy is simple. We want to empower women through a holistic approach to health and fitness.
We are all about helping other women, typically new mamas get back into fitness after the birth of their children and assisting those women looking to lose body fat, gain strength and get a nice, firm and lifted booty!
